It came with instructions however the printer was low on ink which made them useless. struts are so strong that when windshield is in closed position it touches in the middle, but both of the lower corners stick out about 1 1/2″ on each side. I bolted a piece of 1″ aluminum angle on the bottom which solved this problem. One thong is for sure the windshield will not close doing 73 MPH in the open position
